This website is all about you and a little about us so let us give you a small part of our statistics relative to real estate. Kim and Cindy, also known as "we", have been Naples residents since the early 1980's. We live here year round enjoying both summer and winter in our town. We love summer for the more laid back pace and winter for the fun of a much  different pace and excitement of all the people. 

We have combined years of real estate that are too many to mention. We have both been doing this full time for a very long time, in Naples, Bonita Springs/Estero , since the mid 1980's.

Kim and Cindy have concentrated on listing and selling residential real estate and have a background of putting families and homes together to create the right fit. Within that fit, is 16 years of experience with new construction and building. There is also extensive experience with reading blueprints, design and site sales. If people did not like our work we wouldn't still be here.
